Payout setup is handled by Stripe, and most problems are one of these:
Verification pending: Stripe sometimes takes a little while to verify identity documents. Your earnings are safe in the meantime: they sit as pending and pay out automatically once you're verified.
Document rejected: reopen the setup (Settings → Payouts) and Stripe will show exactly what it needs: usually a clearer photo of your ID or a matching legal name.
Bank details rejected: double-check the account and routing numbers, and make sure the account is in your own name.
You can revisit or fix your details any time via Settings → Payouts → Manage in Stripe.
Nothing is ever lost while this is unresolved: every pending payout retries automatically each night until it goes through.
