Artec reads from the social platforms on a schedule, not live:
Videos and post metrics: new posts are usually picked up within minutes to a few hours for active accounts, and at least daily for quieter ones.
Aggregate profile stats (followers, average views, engagement): recomputed nightly.
A newly connected account can take a little while to finish its first full sync: especially with a large video history.
So a spike from an hour ago won't show yet: that's normal. If stats have been frozen for more than a day, check that the account connection is still healthy (no re-auth badge): a dead connection is the usual culprit.
