Non-Discrimination and Harassment Policy

Artec is committed to a marketplace where brands, creators, agencies, and teammates can work together safely and professionally. Discrimination, harassment, and abusive behavior are not allowed on or through the Platform.

1. No Discrimination

Users may not discriminate against another person based on protected characteristics, including race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

This includes discriminatory conduct in:

  • Campaign invitations or deal decisions

  • Messages, briefs, or feedback

  • Public or private profile content

  • Reviews, comments, or moderation interactions

2. No Harassment or Abuse

Harassment includes unwelcome or abusive behavior that intimidates, humiliates, degrades, threatens, or creates an unsafe environment. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Hate speech or slurs

  • Threats of violence or retaliation

  • Sexual harassment or coercive conduct

  • Repeated unwanted contact

  • Doxxing or sharing private information without permission

  • Bullying, intimidation, or targeted humiliation

3. Professional Conduct

Brands, creators, agencies, and internal team members are expected to communicate professionally. Feedback about submissions or campaigns must focus on the work and must not cross into personal attacks, discriminatory remarks, or abusive conduct.

4. Reporting

If you experience or observe discrimination, harassment, or abusive conduct, contact [email protected] with any relevant screenshots, messages, or campaign details.

5. Enforcement

Artec may investigate reported incidents and take action including:

  • Warning the user

  • Removing content

  • Restricting messaging or campaign access

  • Suspending or terminating the account

  • Escalating urgent threats to law enforcement where appropriate

Artec may also act on its own if we detect behavior that threatens user safety or marketplace trust.
