1. Purpose
Artec is built to help brands, creators, and agencies collaborate in a trustworthy marketplace. To protect users and the Platform, everyone must use Artec lawfully, honestly, and respectfully.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Artec to:
Break the law or encourage illegal activity
Impersonate another person, company, or creator
Provide false credentials, fake metrics, manipulated content, or misleading campaign claims
Harass, threaten, extort, exploit, or intimidate other users
Discriminate against any person or group
Upload malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code
Scrape, copy, harvest, or resell Platform data without authorization
Interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, or platform infrastructure
Create duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions or manipulate marketplace visibility
Circumvent platform fees, payment systems, deal records, or moderation decisions
Use Artec to spam, phish, run scams, or distribute irrelevant promotional content
3. Content Rules
Content uploaded to Artec must not:
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Contain hateful, threatening, or abusive material
Include deceptive claims about products, services, or campaign performance
Reveal confidential or personal information without authorization
Include sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unsafe material where not appropriate for the Platform
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed for all uploaded content, including music, footage, brand assets, and testimonials.
4. Marketplace Integrity
To preserve trust in the marketplace, users may not:
Buy, sell, or fabricate engagement or review activity
Manipulate creator rankings, Artec Scores, or campaign applications
Pressure users to transact off-platform to avoid fees or oversight
Misstate deliverables, deadlines, or approval status
Abuse revision requests, dispute processes, or refund systems
5. Privacy and User Data
If you receive access to another user’s information through Artec, you may use it only as needed to participate in legitimate Platform activity. You may not:
Sell or repurpose user data
Add users to marketing lists without permission
Share private contact or campaign details outside authorized use
6. Enforcement
If we believe you violated this policy, we may take action including:
Removing content
Limiting account features
Suspending messaging, submissions, campaigns, or payouts
Withholding funds pending review
Terminating your account
Referring the matter to law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate
Artec reserves the right to act where conduct creates legal, trust, safety, or financial risk, even if that conduct is not explicitly listed above.
