Artec detects posts on your linked accounts automatically, but detection runs on a sync cycle (at least twice a day), so a brand-new post can take a few hours to appear.
If it still hasn't shown up, check:
Is the right account linked to the deal? Posts are only detected on the social account you linked to that specific deal (one account per platform per deal).
Is the account connection healthy? If your TikTok or Instagram shows "needs re-auth" or a Limited badge, Artec may not be able to read new posts. Reconnect it.
Is it an influencer-style deal? Those don't use auto-detection at all: you paste the post URL yourself.
You can always add the post manually: open the deal and paste the post URL. That counts the same as auto-detection.
Still stuck? Message support from Settings → Help & Support: include the deal name and the post link.
