Funding your wallet and fees

How the wallet works, the 2.9% processing fee, and refunds.

Every project has a wallet that funds its campaigns. Three ways money gets in: the initial deposit when you partner your first creators, nightly auto-funding top-ups, and manual Add funds ($10 minimum, $50,000 max per top-up).

A 2.9% payment-processing fee applies to funding and is grossed up into the charge: funding $1,000 charges your card $1,029.87 and puts a full $1,000 in the wallet.

There is no platform fee on payouts on top of that: what a creator earns is what leaves your wallet.

Wallet credits are non-refundable once deposited: fund what your campaigns need.

If auto-funding fails (expired card, for example), the campaign freezes and you get 48 hours to fix billing before it's cancelled: creators still get paid what they're owed from the remaining balance.
