Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the login page: we email you a reset link. Set the new password and sign in again.
New accounts verify their email with a 6-digit code during signup (Google signups skip this).
Note for creators: the iOS creator app has no passwords at all: sign in there with Apple, Google, or an email code.
