When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • Generate creator insights, rankings, or Artec Scores

  • Power campaign management, submissions, approvals, and messaging

  • Process payments, deposits, subscriptions, fees, payouts, and tax workflows

  • Provide support and respond to requests

  • Send transactional, operational, security, and marketing communications

  • Detect fraud, abuse, manipulation, and policy violations

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and policies

5. How We Share Information

5.1 With Other Platform Users

We share certain information with brands, creators, agencies, or teammates as needed to facilitate marketplace activity. For example:

  • Creator profiles, social metrics, showcase content, and submission materials may be visible to brands or agencies

  • Brand or campaign details may be visible to invited or participating creators

  • Messages, approvals, and deal activity may be visible to the relevant participants in a campaign

5.2 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Platform, such as hosting providers, analytics vendors, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, support tools, communications providers, and fraud or security partners.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason we hold it. In some cases, we may retain de-identified or aggregated data after account deletion.
