1. No Infringing Content
You may not upload, submit, post, or use content on Artec unless you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so. This includes videos, photos, music, logos, trademarks, briefs, scripts, and other creative assets.
2. Creator and Brand Responsibilities
Users are responsible for making sure that campaign assets, creator submissions, and other materials do not infringe third-party rights.
Examples of potential infringement include:
Using copyrighted music without permission
Reusing another creator’s footage or edits without authorization
Uploading brand assets you are not authorized to use
Submitting content copied from another campaign or platform
3. Reporting Claimed Infringement
If you believe content on Artec infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] and include:
Your full name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
A description or link identifying the allegedly infringing content
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
4. Artec’s Response
When appropriate, Artec may:
Remove or disable access to the reported content
Request more information from the reporting party or the user who uploaded the content
Warn, suspend, or terminate repeat infringers
5. Repeat Infringers
Artec may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly upload or use infringing content or otherwise violate intellectual property rights.
