Review Policy and Guidelines

Reviews and ratings help improve trust in the Artec marketplace. To keep them useful and fair, reviews must reflect genuine Platform experiences and follow the rules below.

1. Who Can Leave Reviews

Only users with a real, relevant Artec interaction may leave a review or rating where the Platform makes that feature available.

2. What Reviews Should Cover

Reviews should focus on legitimate marketplace experience, such as:

  • Communication and professionalism

  • Timeliness and responsiveness

  • Accuracy of campaign expectations

  • Quality and completeness of deliverables

  • Reliability during the deal process

3. What Reviews Must Not Include

Reviews may not:

  • Be fake, bought, traded, or coordinated

  • Be posted from duplicate or unauthorized accounts

  • Contain threats, hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content

  • Reveal private or confidential information

  • Be used to pressure users in a dispute

  • Include knowingly false or misleading claims

4. Moderation

Artec may remove, hide, or limit reviews that violate this policy or create legal, safety, privacy, or trust concerns.

We may also take action against users who try to manipulate review outcomes or retaliate against others for leaving honest feedback.

5. No Guarantee of Removal

Artec does not remove a review simply because a user disagrees with it. We look at whether the review violates policy, appears fraudulent, or lacks a legitimate basis in Platform activity.

If you believe a review violates this policy, contact [email protected] with the review details and an explanation of the issue.
