Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of certain personal information

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of certain information

  • Receive a portable copy of certain data

  • Opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising uses

  • Appeal a denied privacy request where required by law

2. How to Submit a Request

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected] and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your Artec account

  • The type of request you are making

  • Any additional information that will help us verify your identity

3. Verification

To protect users, Artec may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny or limit the request.

4. Limits

Some requests may be denied or limited where:

  • We must retain information for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes

  • The information relates to another person’s rights

  • An applicable legal exemption applies

5. Response Timing

We aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Complex requests may take longer where permitted.
